  Bought a unique decorative incense burner here. It had no label all, no big deal but I was curious what company made it in case I might find similar items online. Clerk said she couldn't remember the name but company only sells wholesale to businesses and only they can access the secure website. I got home and found the piece online easily, it's readily available for a lower price. Price didn't bother me, just the BS story by the clerk.

  My husband and I have bought several pieces of jewelry here... I had 2 rings and a pair of earrings that needed repair... We dropped off 2months ago and still aren't fixed and can't get an a call back from owner ever and every time I call there is a excuse of why they aren't done yet... Do not buy anything from this place it's a rip off... Joke of a store...
